What forms of payment do you accept?
As of right now, DiVina//DeNuevo accepts PayPal account payments, and most major credit card payments through Paypal. You dont need a paypal account to buy from us, as Paypal just handles our payments. If you are in Canada and would like to pay by cheque, please email payments@divina-denuevo.com
We are looking into further payment options, so please keep checking back!
Do you ship outside of the Canada?
Yes! DiVina//DeNuevo ships internationally. If you'd like to double check the shipping costs of your country, just drop us an email.
What is your privacy policy?
DiVina//DeNuevo keeps all its customer’s information private, none of your information will ever be released or sold to a 3rd party.
Do you combine shipping for multiple purchases?
Yes! We try to keep the shipping low, and will safely combine as many items as possible.
How long will it take to recieve my item?
We usually ship orders within the first five days after an order has been placed, and then how ever long your local postal service takes to deliver it to your door. It usually takes about 3-7 days after mailout.
What is your return policy?
You can return an item up to 14 days after the postmark on the package for a full refund if you are not satisfied.
Why do you only have one of each item?
We often make only one of each item because we try and offer everyone the chance to own something unique! Sometimes, if there's enough fabric we'll make more than one- but each item will look slightly different and unique. Please email if you'd like something in particular or a custom order.
I have an old article of clothing that I love and want to have it made into a purse, will you do that for me?
Yes! Please email us, we'd love to help you recycle by making you a stylish bag out of your previously loved fabrics!
